In this role, you will support a variety of end-users, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for computers, networks, and other devices. You will work closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless IT operations and collaboration. Your contributions will make an impact from your very first day. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving client issues
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Experience working with Active Directory, M365, Windows, macOS, VPN, Remote Management and Monitoring tools (RMM), Client Patch Management, End-Point Protection, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Collaboration Tools (Zoom, Slack) and Ticket Management (Jira).
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including cabling, OSI model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and apply appropriate troubleshooting techniques using available resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to clearly document issues and resolutions. Proven experience interacting with executive leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with any Linux distribution is a plus
  • Advanced level knowledge of networking concepts is a plus
  • A+ Certification or any industry-recognized certification in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure client machines, following company standards
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and applications
  • Meticulously track, manage, and organize IT equipment inventory
  • Create, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner
  • Respond to end-user inquiries and deliver timely service and solutions
  • Administration of user accounts for internal and external systems
  • Timely delivery of onboarding and offboarding tasks
