About The Position

This is a full-time, ON SITE role located in Fargo, North Dakota.
DUTIES: Provide technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, cell phones, printers, and other miscellaneous computer equipment Assist with implementation of major projects Train end users in the use and operation of computer hardware and software systems Required to be on-call on a rotational basis for after-hours network support Required to lift and carry other equipment up to 40 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year current technical experience installing and supporting computer hardware and software
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications
• Working knowledge of local and wide area network systems
• Experience with Windows Server technologies, including Active Directory administration
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure and under tight time constraints with little or no supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

• Minimum 2-year degree in computer information systems administration
• 3-years’ experience installing computer systems
• A+ certification
• Experience with desktop imaging systems
