About The Position

To provide front-line technical support by troubleshooting basic issues and supporting other IT members in resolving problems.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, emailing clients, and common business applications.
  • Troubleshooting PC, printers, scanners, PDA, and tablets.
  • Basic understanding of IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.
  • Work well with other IT members and teams.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor when working with users.
  • Logical approach to diagnosing issues and identifying root causes.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Related Field with 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot and repair minor computer, printer, hardware and software issues.
  • Install computer peripheral components, such as memory, circuit boards & Other parts.
  • Install Software / Packages such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Drawing Software and any other approved applications.
  • Provide & Manage Cable Connections for Telephone & Network.
  • Manage all the Equipment in IT Room and storage.
  • Manage IT supplies and oversee procurement and purchasing process.
  • Manage and prioritize Helpdesk tickets using helpdesk software.
  • Manage and track all IT assets (hardware & software).
