We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives across Information Technology categories. This role will play a critical part in driving cost optimization, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring best-in-class procurement practices. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, deep experience in IT procurement, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management
  • Strong expertise in contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and managing complex sourcing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with managed service providers (MSPs)
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and contract management systems
  • Certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or similar are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across IT categories, including software, hardware, communication services, and maintenance
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive value through data-driven sourcing initiatives
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing processes, including vendor evaluation, RFPs, negotiations, and contract awards
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to define project scope, business requirements, and sourcing priorities
  • Structure, lead, and support complex IT contract negotiations, with a focus on software licensing and renewals
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, from usage forecasting through execution and renewal planning
  • Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and long-term value
  • Track and deliver multi-year savings targets with detailed reporting and analysis
  • Oversee supplier performance, governance, and compliance frameworks
  • Implement and manage SRM programs to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure alignment with procurement policies and organizational objectives
  • Serve as the central escalation point for IT procurement-related issues
  • Provide support to managed service providers and internal IT procurement teams
  • Deliver high-touch ("white glove") service for executive leadership and VIP stakeholders
  • Manage day-to-day IT contract operations, including review, approval, and administration
  • Develop and enhance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Support procurement business operations such as approvals, supplier analytics, and reporting
