About The Position

As our IT Site Support Lead, you’ll take ownership of onsite IT support at our St. Louis manufacturing facility and Corporate HQ. You’ll lead Tier-2 support, solve complex technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience (desktop, site, or end-user)
  • Experience leading or coordinating support teams
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, and basic networking
  • Excellent communication and customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support onsite IT team members
  • Act as the go-to escalation point for critical IT issues
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems (devices, network, collaboration tools, plant tech)
  • Partner with leadership to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support executives and VIP users with professionalism and discretion
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and problem-solving
