About The Position

As an IT Shipping Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in managing the flow of IT hardware — with a primary focus on shipping, receiving, and tracking equipment. This role is centered around logistics and inventory management within the IT department, ensuring hardware moves efficiently through our process, from incoming repairs to outbound shipments. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to excellent customer service will be vital in keeping our logistics process running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Document incoming packages using our ticketing system
• Process incoming packages and distribute them to the appropriate departments
• Prepare IT equipment for shipping safely and securely
• Collaborate with designated shipping vendors for shipments and claims
• Provide support to other departments as needed
