About The Position
Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Services Analyst Intern to join its Information Technology Team. This 90-day paid internship offers flexible scheduling and development through mentorship and a project designed to strengthen communication skills, build awareness of live IT business needs, and develop knowledge of information technology in the industry. The team manages and innovates client hardware, operating systems, and applications, supports organizational needs through IT infrastructure services and applications, and provides second-level support. Interns will gain exposure to a range of IT projects and tasks while developing their skills in a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Be passionate about information technology and its relationship to business.
- Work well with others, adapt quickly to changes or challenges, and be willing to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Hold or be actively pursuing an industry-recognized certification, such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or similar.
Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory and diagrams.
- Assist with system image configuration and development.
- Assist with hardware testing and deployment.
- Participate in team meetings, projects, tasks, and assignments.
- Perform research and analysis to help resolve technical issues related to client systems, enterprise applications, and network services.
- Perform end-user support functions.
- Serve as a liaison with other team members to support organizational goals.
- Manage general and operational service requests.
