About The Position

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 and a 10% yearly Bonus opportunity under the Karcher Incentive Program. The deadline to submit applications is initially set for Monday, June 29, 2026. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/information systems (or equivalent experience) paired with 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience in a multi-user environment.
Strong experience deploying and troubleshooting desktop hardware, peripherals, and foundational network/server components like AD, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.
Intermediate knowledge of Windows, O365, MS Office suite, Outlook, VOIP clients, print servers, SCCM, Azure, and mobile device management (Mac support is a plus).
Working knowledge of project management, ITIL Fundamentals, and structural process implementation.

Nice To Haves

Mac support is a plus.
CompTIA A+ certification and additional applicable IT certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of IT contact for assigned KNA locations, providing expert troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolution for internal and remote user incidents and requests.
Partner directly with site management and work cross-functionally between IT towers to align technical improvements, projects, and solutions with business objectives.
Define technical requirements and provide full lifecycle project management for small to medium business improvement projects from initiation to quality completion.
Optimize user efficiency by adhering to inventory, asset, peripheral, change, and incident management procedures and best practices.
Perform visual inspections of physical server hardware and provide remote hands-and-eyes support for cabling, data gathering, and power resets.
