Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully on a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, and verbal).
  • Must be creative and flexible to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
  • Demonstrate ability to write professional business communications suitable for end user delivery.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Familiarity in installing, using and troubleshooting Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft O365.
  • Familiarity with any Incident Management software or ticketing system (ex. ServiceNow, IT Remedy, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Knowledge in using and troubleshooting mobile devices such as Android/iPhone.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with troubleshooting printers and peripheral devices.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Exchange.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting languages.

Responsibilities

  • Provide phone support, desktop productivity tools, application support, remote access & mobile computing.
  • Quickly identify desktop hardware, software, or operator problems and escalate for corrective action.
  • Provide direct support in the day-to-day administration of user accounts; duties include onboarding and off boarding tasks, Distribution Lists, E-Fax accounts, and outlook administration.
  • Assist in the management of project implementations.
  • Be open to assume additional responsibilities as requested and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $25.00 – 27.00
