SOUND Behavioral Health is growing, and we are hiring an IT Service Desk Field Technician in Tukwila, WA! This technician will provide frontline Tier 1 technical support to end-users at Sound and its partner agencies. The Field Technician is a customer-facing role, serving as our department's first line of support. The Field Technician defines technical problems and works with team members to resolve them promptly and/or determine solutions, with the support of Tier 2 for resolution as needed. This person also performs ongoing activities to maintain and enhance the overall technologies utilized by the organization. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Location: This is an in-office position split between our Tukwila office and various locations throughout King County. Accepting Applications until May 11th, 2026.
