Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common business applications.
  • Strong ability to analyze issues and find effective solutions across hardware, software, and basic networking.
  • Passion for delivering excellent support and creating positive user experiences.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred: Including 1–3 years of support or customer service experience.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and in-person interactions while delivering a consistent, professional experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and business applications.
  • Accurately document issues, track progress, and escalate more complex problems with clear detail and urgency.
  • Identify potential risks, follow established procedures, and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
