About The Position

Clarvida is hiring a U.S.-based IT Senior Support Specialist to provide advanced remote and hands-on IT support to employees, offices, and field locations across the United States. The role complements the Manila support organization and takes ownership of work requiring physical presence, U.S. business-hours coverage, local site knowledge, coordination with domestic vendors, or travel to Clarvida locations. It handles escalated endpoint, network-connectivity, telephony, office-infrastructure, asset, and service-restoration issues that cannot be resolved fully through remote troubleshooting. The specialist maintains ticket ownership, coordinates cross-team handoffs, communicates business impact and restoration status, and remains accountable through resolution. The position is based in Pennsylvania, with a higher focus there, and is remote based on business need. The employee must reside in the Pottsville, Pennsylvania area and be able to travel to supported locations. Travel within the United States is required when onsite support, office projects, equipment recovery, or service restoration cannot be completed remotely; travel may be up to 25% of the time. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with a listed pay range of $32.00–$38.00 per hour. Clarvida provides behavioral health and human services across the United States. It describes its work as outcome-driven, person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused, and says it empowers employees to contribute to improving lives and communities.
