About The Position

The IT Senior Support Specialist provides advanced remote and hands-on support for Clarvida employees, offices, and field locations across the United States. The role complements the Manila support organization by handling work that requires physical presence, U.S. business-hours coverage, local site knowledge, coordination with domestic vendors, or travel to Clarvida locations. It resolves escalated endpoint, network-connectivity, telephony, office-infrastructure, asset, and service-restoration issues that cannot be completed through remote troubleshooting alone. The specialist maintains clear ticket ownership, coordinates cross-team handoffs, communicates business impact and restoration status, and remains accountable through final resolution. The position is remote, but the employee must reside in the Pottsville, Pennsylvania area and be able to travel to supported locations. It is based in Pennsylvania, with a higher focus on that state, and may require travel elsewhere in the United States, including travel of up to 25% of the time. The role is full-time and non-exempt, with a stated salary range of $32.00–$38.00 per hour. The role works with Infrastructure, Information Security, Clinical Applications, Facilities, Procurement, local leadership, employees, and external vendors. It requires accurate documentation in ServiceNow or another designated system of record, clear communication, and adherence to approved access, security, and escalation procedures. The work environment may include a home office, satellite office, or other office setting, and the noise level is usually moderate.
