About The Position

Redtech is assisting a client in finding a contractor for an IT - Senior Project Manager role. The position requires strong, recent experience with SaaS implementations. The duration is approximately 7 months, with a hybrid schedule of 8 am - 5 pm, requiring onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and remote work on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. The on-site schedule may be adjusted based on project needs and required meetings. The role is located in Everett, WA. This is a contract position with a pay rate of $65-75/hr W-2, DOE. The rate range assumes full benefits participation; the rate can be increased if benefits are not needed. The client is looking for an IT Senior Project Manager to support the Enterprise Program Office staff during several projects scheduled between approximately August and March. Key projects include the implementation of a CAD RMS software system, a vanpool software feasibility study and implementation, and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Strong, recent experience with SaaS implementations
• Relevant experience with project management of SaaS software implementations
• Detailed project planning, monitoring and controlling projects utilizing project plans and other tools, e.g. RAID log
• Status reporting
• Planning and facilitating meetings and other communications as needed
• Change management and stakeholder management
