This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, which is the ability to work from home, while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri. Requirements

Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must reside in St. Louis, Missouri, or immediate surrounding area
3+ years of professional experience as an IT analyst, product owner, project manager, or similar role
Must have professional experience gathering and documenting requirements from users and/or stakeholders
Must have professional experience communicating information between engineers and business stakeholders
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field
Knowledge of Agile software development methodology
Proficiency with development tools such as Jira and Confluence
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Knowledge of Rest APIs
Knowledge of standard SSO solution
Knowledge of React UI development

Responsibilities

Translates business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed technical specifications.
Strong system analysis skills and ability to research complex systems.
Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define business strategy.
Conducts structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.
May lead acceptance testing to ensure stakeholder/user needs are met.
Presents information regarding enhancements and tracks and responds to questions from business and IT team members.
Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications; communicates how problems will affect business; recommends solutions.
Lead Agile ceremonies.
Assist QA/QE with test execution scenarios and issues.
Possesses broad knowledge of the IT environment and Enterprise’s lines of business.
Exceptional problem-solving, logical thinking, and communication skills to interpret data and convey complex technical designs to various audiences.
