About The Position
The IT Solutions & Security Division of Global Access Incorporated provides enterprise technology, cybersecurity, information security, risk, compliance, IT audit, AI, and digital transformation services to organizations across Japan. We are building a network of entry-level and early-career professionals who can support our senior consultants on client engagements. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with enterprise clients, learn from experienced practitioners, and build a career in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation. It is a B2B partnership for early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience with enterprise clients, work alongside experienced security and technology consultants, build a portfolio of real-world project work, develop specialist skills in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation, and work flexible, project-based hours. You will be engaged on a project-by-project basis, supporting senior consultants with research and analysis, documentation and reporting, data collection and review, client workshop support, assessment and audit support, and AI and technology research. Global Access handles client onboarding, contracting, and invoicing. You focus on learning and delivering quality work.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years of experience)
- Degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, IT, AI, data science, business, or a related field
- Strong academic record
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity, IT audit, risk, AI, or digital transformation
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under supervision
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- English proficiency is required
- Flexible, project-based availability
- Part-time or full-time engagement depending on the project
- Ability to work remotely or, where required, on-site in Tokyo
