About The Position

Provide the student with the opportunity to apply classroom learning in real world applications. Intern will provide first level compliance monitoring and investigations. Assist with forensics analysis and fact gathering. Assist with vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for specific applications, services, networks and servers as required and will gain experience on the critical role information security plays in the healthcare environment. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and completes assigned projects.
  • Works closely with leadership to receive day-to-day instructions and directions on work assignments.

  • Adheres to internship schedule.
  • Consults with a wide variety of applicable staff in solving problems, completing assigned projects, and addressing issues.

  • Prepares and presents educational information upon request and as directed.
