About The Position

This position is intended to provide exposure to a wide range of enterprise infrastructure technologies while developing foundational skills in cybersecurity, networking, and systems engineering.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Supporting network administration activities, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, documenting network configurations, and assisting with infrastructure upgrades.
• Participating in server, cloud, and endpoint management tasks.
• Helping maintain system documentation, asset inventories, and operational procedures in Halo and BAI.
• Monitoring system health, performance, and operational alerts. (PRTG)
• Collaborating with engineers to gain practical experience and support business operations.
