IT Security and Systems Manager
About The Position
Join our dynamic and forward-thinking credit union as we continue to grow. As an IT Security & Systems Manager, your primary responsibilities are to ensure a positive member experience by managing the staff and resources dedicated to supporting office automation, PCs and end user equipment, network and systems security and database administration. You will plan, manage, and control the development and maintenance of systems, and IT risk management. You will also develop and establish departmental standards and procedures, evaluate current and projected hardware, software, and coordinate the installation of new systems. This role includes oversight of IT Risk Management (Information Security, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning, Change Management, IT Risk Assessments, IT Audits and Examinations, IT Regulatory Compliance, IT Policies and Procedures, documentation). Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a combination of risk management, information security, and IT jobs.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a Credit Union and Banking setting preferred.
