About The Position
The IT Security Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of IT systems. This role involves working with various teams to assess risks, remediate vulnerabilities, and maintain security documentation. The position requires a strong understanding of security frameworks and controls, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Security, Cyber Security, Compliance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of NIST, System Security Plans (SSP), Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and security controls.
- Experience performing risk assessments, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities.
- Experience creating and maintaining SSPs and supporting ATO processes.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
- Experience coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and security teams.
- Familiarity with security testing, system scanning, and artifact collection.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field, OR a Cyber Security certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Keylight is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Support Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and security teams.
