About The Position
The IT Security Administrator will manage security controls, strengthen resilience, and help protect Uline’s business from evolving threats. The role administers IT security applications and systems, collaborates across IT and business teams to develop and implement security procedures, contributes to threat operations, and communicates security concepts to a range of technical and business audiences. The position is based on-site at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT security operations experience.
- Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.
Nice To Haves
- Professional certification such as Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain IT security applications and systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational security objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and other business teams to design and implement security procedures that strengthen the security posture while supporting business operations.
- Contribute to the threat operations program, including personnel support, policy enforcement, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives.
- Communicate technical security concepts effectively to business users, developers, architects, and managers.
