About The Position

The IT Security Administrator manages security controls and helps strengthen resilience and protect Uline’s business from evolving threats. The role administers and maintains IT security applications and systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and alignment with organizational security objectives. It works with IT and other business teams to develop and implement security procedures that improve the company’s security posture while supporting business operations. The position also contributes to threat operations, including personnel support, policy enforcement, and cybersecurity awareness initiatives, and communicates technical security concepts to business users, developers, architects, and managers. All positions are on-site at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT security operations experience.
• Proven experience with enterprise-level applications and security practices.

Nice To Haves

• Professional certification such as Security+, CISSP, or equivalent.

Responsibilities
