Requirements

Associate’s degree in computer science, security administrator or equivalent relevant work experience.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) knowledge.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to process complex information, analyze and solve complex technical problems.
Ability to organize and prioritize work and work accurately under pressure.
Excellent time management skills with ability to organize and prioritize work and work accurately under pressure.
Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays if needed.
Must be bondable.

Nice To Haves

Security+, Cisco or Microsoft, or SANS certificates strongly desired.
Working knowledge of Cisco networking, UCS, and Microsoft O365, Active Directory and Azure desired.
VMware ESXi experience is preferred.
VMware vCenter, Backup and Recovery experience is recommended.
Desktop Server OS experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

Administers and implements new systems or changes to the technology infrastructure with minimum disruption to supported systems.
Supports training for technicians on vulnerability remediation, patching and updating, as well as general desktop maintenance, if necessary.
Assists in taking proactive ownership of core ITIL processes including change management, incident response for data center assets, and problem resolution.
Attempts to provide high availability (99.9%) when completing vulnerability remediation whether planned or unplanned outages.
Exhibits the credit union’s seven service standards promoting a culture of welcoming all and putting people first whether they are a member or a coworker.
