Requirements

  • Must be Colorado Resident
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field OR High School diploma/GED with report writing or reporting experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience extracting, manipulating, and validating data
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and business systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client reports, scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting
  • Extract, analyze, and validate data from Revenue Enterprises' business operating systems and vendor platforms
  • Monitor inventory performance and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Research and resolve data integrity issues to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Develop reports that support Operations, Executive Leadership, and Client Management decision-making
  • Collaborate with Operations Leadership to evaluate workflow effectiveness and account performance
  • Document account lifecycle processes and reporting methodologies
  • Prepare recurring inventory and performance reports for leadership and clients
  • Build and maintain patient statements for new and existing clients
  • Coordinate statement revisions with vendors, Client Account Management, and Project Management teams
  • Manage statement-related service desk tickets and release schedules
  • Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful reporting and statement implementation
  • Present findings and recommendations that improve operational efficiency and client performance
  • Support special projects and critical reporting needs, including occasional work outside normal business hours
