About The Position
The IT Relationship Manager (IT RM) serves as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and primary liaison between the Office of Technology and Digital Innovation (OTDI) and partner units across Ohio State. The role is accountable for the overall customer experience and the strategic success of an assigned portfolio, aligning business and academic priorities with OTDI services and technology capabilities to create lasting value. The IT RM needs a functional understanding of technology and operational fluency, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to cultivating long-term partnerships. By breaking down organizational silos and advocating transparently for partner needs, the IT RM shapes demand, increases service adoption, contributes to project success, drives financial stewardship, and fosters collaborative technology solutions that advance Ohio State’s broader mission.
