About The Position
We are growing and adding a Recruiting Consultant to our team. This posting is for full-time work, and part-time and contract roles are also being considered. As a Recruiting Consultant, you will help candidates and employers come together by recruiting, guiding, and coaching candidates and hiring managers toward successful relationships. The work is intended to make a difference for recruits and clients. The company seeks a recruiter with full-cycle experience who takes a consultative approach with hiring managers and candidates and thinks like a talent navigator. The role is part of a movement toward Recruiting as a Service (RaaS).
Requirements
- Full-cycle recruiting experience.
- A consultative approach to working with hiring managers and candidates.
- Business acumen, including understanding how businesses operate, roles across the enterprise, and cross-functional relationships between departments and roles.
- Strategic thinking.
- Good judgment in assessing talent, supported by evidence-based interviewing.
- Executive presence and confidence interacting with CEOs and people at all levels.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to get things done.
- Comfort with technology and awareness of how AI is changing the business landscape.
Responsibilities
- Recruit candidates and help connect them with employers.
- Guide and coach candidates and hiring managers toward successful relationships.
- Consult with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
