About The Position

The IT Quality Control Advisor is responsible for leading a team of QA Analysts in all aspects of manual testing. This role requires associates to be in-office 3-4 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
Five (5) years in any occupation with experience in executing application testing and IT product quality.
Three (3) years of experience with developing testing strategy and master test plan to support testing objectives.
Three (3) years of experience with managing the relationship with peers in IT and business for system(s) supported.
Three (3) years of experience with leading and coordinating all testing within a system area.
Three (3) years of experience with leading in the design, development and implementation of testing components.
Three (3) years of experience with defining appropriate testing methods to employ to assure developed products conforms to the requirements and design.
Three (3) years of experience with reviewing and approving all project related test assets for completeness and quality.
Three (3) years of experience with ensuring all applicable SDLC and testing processes are followed.
Three (3) years of experience with managing both onshore and offshore test execution resources for project under test.
Three (3) years of experience with Test Data Management, collecting requirements, evaluating available data in repositories, ID gaps and owning test data provisioning tasks.

Responsibilities

Coordinate testing schedules within the scrum and sprint timelines.
Support developers with any testing queries.
Review overall accuracy and appropriateness of test case creation and execution.
Support customer testing (UAT) and interact with business to ensure no concerns.
Ensure all testing deadlines are met and plan for contingencies.
Support automated and performance related testing activities.
