Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT quality assurance, software testing, systems analyst
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing test cases
- 5+ years of experience identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects
- 5+ years of experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar testing/defect management platforms
- Bachelor's degree (any major, but it must be completed)
