About The Position

As an IT Project Specialist, you’ll lead and support critical IT projects, including but not limited to existing network infrastructure replacement, network design and implementation for new and expanded facilities, as well as leading detailed technical projects to advance and upgrade existing customer solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft M365, including security configurations and management.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra, Azure AD, or equivalent identity and access management tools.
• Demonstrated success in IT project work, particularly in domain and email migrations.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices for MSP environments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• A team-oriented mindset, eager to share knowledge and collaborate effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or CompTIA Security+.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks like ITIL.
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement IT project tasks, such as domain migrations, email migrations to M365, and system upgrades.
• Configure and deploy advanced security solutions, including Microsoft Entra and Microsoft M365 Security tools.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client environments to recommend and implement cybersecurity improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure smooth and secure project execution.
