About The Position

This is a temporary IT Project Manager position with an estimated duration of 12+ months, offering remote availability. The role involves managing IT projects, including those related to reemployment services and community development, with a focus on risk identification, management, and logistics. The project manager will establish and implement project management processes, monitor work efforts, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with IT project management, including managing teams, customer service, and production project management in multi-platform environments (7+ years)
• Experience with working under the direction of mid-level to senior-level management (7+ years)
• Experience with IT and project management in program areas such as reemployment services and/or community development (2+ years)
• Experience with leading and completing complex projects
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with risk identification and management methodologies
• Experience with logistics management in IT project environments

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies, including assembling project plans and teamwork assignments
• Direct and monitor work efforts daily, including logistics management, resource identification, and quality reviews
• Escalate functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately while tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and resources
• Coordinate communication with all enterprise areas impacting the scope, budget, risk, and resources of managed work efforts
• Coordinate status reports and ensure stability of project area work efforts
• Provide administrative support and render services on approved projects as requested by programs and approved by IT Leadership
• Ensure compliance with all applicable confidentiality, background screening, and data safeguarding requirements
