About The Position
Credo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT and Security operations during a period of rapid growth. The role centers on managing project plans, milestones, and documentation standards while translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Working under the Head of IT, the ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of IT protocols and workflows, and the ability to adapt priorities, manage risks, and collaborate effectively across all stakeholder groups to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of IT or technology project management experience
- Proven track record delivering infrastructure, network, cloud, or security projects
- Solid understanding of IT and security concepts, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), identity management, and compliance principles
- Familiarity with SOPs, change management, and incident management processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
