About The Position

Greyson is seeking a highly organized and strategic IT PMO Manager to lead the planning, execution, and governance of technology initiatives across the organization. This role will serve as the connective tissue between business stakeholders, IT, and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with Greyson’s broader growth strategy, particularly across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate blends strong project management discipline with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and an appreciation for a dynamic, entrepreneurial brand environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO leadership roles
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Experience in retail, apparel, or eCommerce environments strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with PM tools (e.g., Clickup, SIIT, Smartsheet, or similar)

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or related certification is a plus
  • Practical and strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure / organization where needed
  • Passion for brand, product, and customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the IT Project Management function, including frameworks, tools, and best practices leveraging ticketing systems for workload visibility and time management
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of IT projects, not limited to ERP systems and supportive of broader data and IT roadmap initiatives (e.g., AI)
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., eComm, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales, Operations) to align priorities and execution
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Implement standardized project governance, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across initiatives
  • Support Tech Product Managers with their relationships with external vendors, consultants, and other 3rd party technology partners
  • Champion continuous improvement in project delivery, tools, and team effectiveness
  • Support efforts that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
