Requirements

Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale IT initiatives in high-visibility, mission-critical environments
Experience successfully delivering technical projects with significant operational impact, tight timelines, and high stakeholder scrutiny
Experience managing end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple engineering domains
Experience developing and managing project artifacts, such as RTMs, IMS, and RAID logs
Experience working within structured governance environments, including configuration control boards and technical review boards
Ability to operate as a senior technical advisor to executive leadership, translating complex technical issues into actionable decisions
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Business field and 8+ years of experience in managing IT projects, or 12+ years of experience in managing IT projects in lieu of degree

Nice To Haves

15+ years of experience with IT Project Management
Experience supporting high-visibility Government programs, such as DoD, IC, or other regulated environments, with strict compliance and reporting requirements
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and configuration management processes
Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance standards and best practices
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
