About The Position

Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform dedicated to making donations fast, seamless, and accessible. Their technology powers millions of dollars in donations monthly and is trusted by leading nonprofits like UNICEF and the Alzheimer’s Association. They operate in the enterprise segment, serving organizations across North America, the UK, Australia, and Europe, building a complex product ecosystem that includes a modern checkout experience, donor portals, admin tools, and internal apps. The backend is built with Node.js and MongoDB, while the frontend uses Webpack, Vue.js, and React, primarily in TypeScript. They utilize Kafka for high-throughput messaging and Bull for background processing, with ClickHouse for analytics and Elasticsearch for search. The company has a distributed team of over 160 product professionals, including 80+ engineers, mainly based in Spain, Poland, Portugal, Georgia, Armenia, Serbia, Turkey, and Cyprus. Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant experience.
A technical background, understanding web services, JS, TS, UML, JSON, etc.
Previous experience as a developer.
Ability to create reports and write simple scripts for data analysis.
Proficiency with Google Sheets and SQL.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to write clear, long documents and coordinate teamwork.
English language proficiency at C1 level, with the ability to confidently discuss technical topics.

Responsibilities

Take part in building the roadmap.
Understand team capacity and workload to assign tasks effectively.
Coordinate development efforts, tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks, and addressing missing elements.
Monitor alignment with the plan, people's performance, and commitments.
Identify and improve recurring process issues.
Communicate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues regarding project status, timelines, and blockers.
Help remove blockers to progress.
