About The Position

As the IT Project Manager within our IT Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead the execution of strategic technology initiatives from inception to completion. Your role involves developing and managing project plans schedules, timelines, scope, etc.), driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones. You will foster clear communication, manage stakeholder expectations, and uphold accountability to drive successful project outcomes. Through your management, you will support PMO standards, maintain essential documentation, and contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on IT projects
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working across IT domains such as infrastructure, cloud, vendor coordination, or system implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent)
  • Experience working in IT management and/or operations, including infrastructure, network, or security engineering
  • Familiarity with operations in the hospitality industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead IT projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and budget
  • Develop project charters, schedules, and activity plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to plan and execute project work
  • Track progress, follow up on assignments, and hold team members accountable for deliverables
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate status updates clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain required project documentation including risk logs, communication plans, and test records
  • Schedule and lead project meetings, document decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion
  • Ensure compliance with PMO processes and audit requirements
  • Support project intake and prioritization efforts by helping define scope and estimating effort
  • Promote consistent use of PMO templates, tools, and reporting practices
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery across the IT organization
