Role Summary The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional IT initiatives across the organization. This role operates as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, ensuring initiatives drive measurable business outcomes and align with the company’s long-term technology roadmap. The IT Project Manager will oversee multiple high-impact projects, manage internal and external stakeholders (including executive leadership and vendors), and establish strong governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks. This role requires advanced leadership, organizational influence, and the ability to drive transformation in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have the ability to: Align enterprise technology initiatives with business strategy and long-term vision Lead cross-functional projects spanning IT, operations, finance, and business units Drive organizational transformation through technology adoption and process change Influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex initiatives clearly to executive audiences Navigate regulatory, security, and audit frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2) in a delivery context Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% for company gatherings or to project sites.
