The organization is currently seeking an IT Project Manager who can satisfactorily perform essential duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3-7+ years IT project management experience
  • Proven success delivering IT project
  • PMP or PMI-ACP preferred or in progress (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong working knowledge of IT systems, delivery environments, and enterprise platform experience
  • Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient with tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
  • Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting or delivering projects involving ERP systems (Oracle Cloud, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and change management processes
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage small to large size projects (ERP, CRM, infrastructure, cloud, and application development)
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and approved budgets; track resources and escalate capacity issues
  • Coordinate and maintain alignment between project teams, key business stakeholders, and vendors within assigned scope
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change control processes proactively
  • Ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and compliance standards
  • Communicate clear project updates to project stakeholders
  • Execute projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in alignment with organizational standards
  • Manage day-to-day vendor delivery against SOWs and SLAs; support RFPs and contract activities led by senior staff
  • Provide guidance and support to project coordinators or less experienced team members as assigned
  • Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews
