About The Position

Credo is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT and Security operations during a period of rapid growth. The role centers on managing project plans, milestones, and documentation standards while translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables. Working under the Head of IT, the ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a solid grasp of IT protocols and workflows, and the ability to adapt priorities, manage risks, and collaborate effectively across all stakeholder groups to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of IT or technology project management experience
  • Proven track record delivering infrastructure, network, cloud, or security projects
  • Solid understanding of IT and security concepts, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), identity management, and compliance principles
  • Familiarity with SOPs, change management, and incident management processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
  • Define scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and resource allocations
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
  • Ensure all projects meet technical, business, security, and compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders
  • Facilitate status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly
  • Produce concise project documentation, timelines, and executive summaries
  • Align cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Facilities, Finance, and vendors
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
  • Track and resolve issues affecting scope, schedule, or quality
  • Manage change requests with proper approvals, documentation, and impact analysis
  • Escalate critical issues to IT leadership as needed
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers on deliverables and timelines
  • Support vendor evaluation, quotations, and implementation activities
  • Ensure all vendor work aligns with internal standards and security policies
  • Ensure adherence to IT standards, change management protocols, and audit requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation and decision traceability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes
