About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in the healthcare industry to lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects. This role will focus on projects related to benefits, claims, and membership domains, managing large-scale system implementations with an emphasis on data integration and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely project completion, define project scope, timelines, and resource plans, and track risks and dependencies. This role also involves driving requirements gathering, solution design discussions, and project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance within healthcare systems. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong healthcare domain experience (Benefits, Claims, Membership)
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementations
• Strong understanding of data flows, integrations, and data-centric project delivery
• Experience working with healthcare platforms like QNXT
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote environment
