About The Position

Lead the plan. Align the teams. Deliver IT projects that move the organization forward. This role leads the planning, scheduling, and execution of IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget. It coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives while managing risks and resolving challenges. The position monitors project performance, facilitates communication between technical and business units, and optimizes resource allocation to achieve efficient outcomes. It also supports continuous improvement by developing project documentation and implementing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 7+ years of experience leading complex IT projects.
• Experience developing project documentation and implementing best practices.
• IT Program Manager experience within Healthcare.
• Expertise in project planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in resource optimization and performance monitoring.
