About The Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects supporting business operations within a construction environment. This role will coordinate projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, budgets, requirements, and deliverables are met.
Requirements
- 7+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of project planning, requirements gathering, and implementation processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Office/Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Construction, engineering, or field operations experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple IT projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with IT, operations, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders.
- Track project deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
- Communicate project status, progress, and potential roadblocks to leadership.
- Coordinate system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and technology improvements.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with business needs and organizational priorities.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party project resources.
- Support testing, implementation, training, and post-project activities.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and technology solutions.
