About The Position

The IT Project Manager improves execution, scalability, and operational maturity across the IT organization. Reporting directly to the CIO and supported by the Corporate PMO, this role partners with business leaders, IT leadership, and external vendors to plan, deliver, and operationalize technology initiatives. It is a hands-on delivery leadership role suited to someone who can bring structure to evolving environments, stabilize delivery, and introduce practical standards, tools, and playbooks without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. The position balances project execution, change management, vendor coordination, and process improvement. It also serves as a trusted partner to the CIO, translating strategy into executable initiatives and supporting prioritization and capacity planning across the IT portfolio. The role supports effective solution rollout and transition to operations, develops scalable delivery processes, coordinates IT vendors and implementation partners, and helps maintain audit-appropriate delivery artifacts and lightweight governance practices. The work is sedentary and performed in a traditional office environment with cubicles. Some business travel is required, up to 25%.
