About The Position

Carrier Enterprise is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ongoing development and support of an existing third-party logistics (3PL) platform and coordinate the technical onboarding of future 3PL sites. The role manages enhancements, integrations, releases, fixes, and cross-functional delivery across Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD), Infor Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL), EDI, shipping, tax, pricing, planning, product information management (PIM), CRM, reporting, and infrastructure. The position coordinates Carrier Enterprise teams, Watsco, 3PL partners, and technology vendors. It maintains the platform roadmap, backlog, and release calendar, manages production issues and integration health, and communicates scope, cost, schedule, risks, and decisions to sponsors. Success is measured by disciplined delivery of platform improvements, reliable integrations, timely resolution of recurring issues, effective 3PL onboarding, clear sponsor reporting, and performance within approved budgets. The role requires travel to company and 3PL locations in the United States approximately six times per year. Full-time and part-time positions are available; the posting does not specify which schedule applies to this opportunity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, supply chain, or business, or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of IT project or program management experience supporting a distribution ERP, WMS, or integration portfolio.
Working knowledge of EDI, APIs, SFTP, data mapping, release management, and cross-system testing.
Experience managing vendors and 3PL partners against scope, budget, statements of work, timelines, and service levels.
Strong project-management, executive-reporting, and communication skills with technical teams and business leaders.
Ability to travel to company and 3PL locations in the United States approximately six times per year.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infor CSD and TWL, or comparable distribution ERP and WMS platforms.
Hands-on experience managing complex technical ERP and WMS programs; the posting states equivalent experience will be considered equally.
Background in wholesale distribution, warehouse operations, or 3PL onboarding.
Familiarity with EDI, transportation, tax, pricing, CRM, PIM, planning, and data platforms.
PMP, PgMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar certification.

Responsibilities

Manage intake, prioritization, impact assessment, budgeting, scheduling, testing, change-management releases, and status reporting for platform changes.
Lead enhancements and upgrades across Infor CSD, Infor TWL, EDI, shipping, tax, pricing, planning, PIM, CRM, reporting, and related integrations.
Lead technical onboarding of new 3PL sites, including system configuration, integrations, data conversion, infrastructure readiness, and cutover.
Maintain the platform roadmap, backlog, and release calendar.
Coordinate production issue resolution, monitor integration health, and turn recurring incidents into permanent improvements.
Plan integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; coordinate release and new-site training and business communications.
Coordinate across Carrier Enterprise teams, Watsco, 3PL partners, and technology vendors, keeping sponsors informed about scope, cost, schedule, risks, and decisions.
