About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Information Technology, the IT Project Manager will coordinate internal resources and vendors for the execution of projects, ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

Requirements

University Degree, preferably in the field of Computer Science or Engineering for technical project managers.
Minimum five (5) years’ experience as a project administrator in the Information Technology sector.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is required.
A strong background in business management, budgeting and analysis.
Solid technical knowledge, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
A demonstrated commitment to service excellence and quality.
The ability to work in a team environment, liaise with key external and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization and to function effectively with minimal supervision.
Professional, proven customer service with well-developed interpersonal and relationship skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
