About The Position

Enjoys the balance of onsite collaboration and hybrid flexibility while leading impactful healthcare IT projects. Oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinates cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives align with business goals while maintaining quality and scope. Monitors project progress, identifies risks, and implements mitigation strategies, providing clear and consistent communication to senior leadership and stakeholders. Facilitates requirements gathering and documentation to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Leads and supports project team members, promotes accountability, and ensures adherence to organizational policies, governance standards, and project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required
  • 5+ years of experience managing IT projects and leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Strong skills in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant project management certifications preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive project outcomes
