This is a contract position until June 30, 2026. The role will provide dedicated, short-term project management support for QGenda on-boarding efforts within Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP). This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of QGenda for ambulatory environments, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met. The role will conclude upon successful transition of QGenda to steady-state operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelors Degree. Degree could be substituted with high school diploma and at least 4 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Required experience with the following systems: Smartsheet, Excel, Microsoft suite, Qgenda

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare or clinical setting is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full QGenda on-boarding lifecycle, from initiation through go-live and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable execution
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination between JHCP operational leaders, clinic stakeholders, IT/IS partners, OpEx advisors, and the QGenda vendor
  • Facilitate decision-making, issue escalation, and resolution in a timely manner
  • Run recurring project check-ins and status updates
  • Coordinate build, configuration, testing, validation, and end-user readiness activities
  • Ensure alignment of QGenda configuration with JHCP workflows and operational requirements
  • Support change management, communication, and handoff planning
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions, risks, and implementation outcomes
  • Provide concise status reporting to leadership and sponsors
  • Ensure a clean transition to operational ownership and support structures at project completion
