About The Position

Unigen is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting enterprise systems and digital transformation across global hardware manufacturing operations. A key focus of this role will be driving the adoption and optimization of the Atlassian suite—particularly Jira and Confluence—to standardize workflows, improve collaboration, and scale operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project or program management
  • Hands-on experience implementing and scaling Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in an enterprise environment
  • Proven track record driving tool adoption and process standardization across cross-functional teams
  • Experience managing integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DevOps, identity platforms)
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hardware manufacturing, electronics, or semiconductor industries
  • Experience migrating from legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to Jira Service Management
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise platforms
  • Experience with DevOps ecosystems (CI/CD tools, cloud infrastructure)
  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation for IT service management or knowledge operations

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of complex IT initiatives supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise operations
  • Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects
  • Deliver large-scale system implementations and integrations aligned with business and platform roadmaps
  • Lead the rollout and enterprise adoption of Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, across engineering, IT, and business teams
  • Design and standardize workflows, issue types, and project structures in Jira to support scalable delivery practices
  • Establish Confluence as a centralized knowledge management platform for documentation, runbooks, and cross-team collaboration
  • Partner with stakeholders to migrate legacy systems (e.g., ServiceNow or other ticketing/documentation tools) into Jira and Confluence where applicable
  • Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and long-term usage
  • Continuously optimize Atlassian configurations, automations, and integrations to improve efficiency and visibility
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and IT teams globally
  • Drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Lead large-scale initiatives involving distributed teams across regions
  • Oversee integrations across ERP, CRM, PLM, HRIS, identity systems, and DevOps tools
  • Support cloud-based and automation-driven initiatives to improve system scalability and reliability
  • Establish PMO governance frameworks, including OKRs, reporting, and dependency management
  • Provide executive-level visibility into project health, risks, and outcomes
  • Standardize processes to improve delivery predictability and transparency
  • Lead organizational change management efforts tied to new systems and tools, with a strong focus on Atlassian adoption
  • Drive consistent usage of Jira and Confluence across teams through enablement and communication strategies
  • Create training materials, playbooks, and documentation to support onboarding and ongoing usage
