About The Position
IT Project Manager Albany, NY (Hybrid/Onsite flexibility depending on client needs) In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday This role includes regular visits to client sites as part of project delivery. Occasionally, projects may require after-hours or weekend work during planned maintenance windows. Requirements
- 3+ years of IT project management experience (MSP experience is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects (infrastructure, cloud, security, migrations, etc.)
- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and business clients
- Identify risks and proactively problem-solve
- Drive process improvement and project delivery excellence
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships
