About The Position

Delaware Nation Industries is looking for a Project Manager to provide comprehensive Client Management Support Services to help IRS Criminal Investigation maintain reliable, secure, and accountable technology operations across domestic and international locations. The contract supports the effective management, deployment, maintenance, testing, and disposition of government technology assets, while promoting operational readiness, service quality, compliance, and continuous support for mission-critical business activities. The project manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise IT projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources; facilitating communication among technical and business stakeholders; tracking and reporting project performance against milestones and deliverables; driving issue resolution and change control processes; and providing leadership to ensure successful, timely, and compliant delivery of technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in IT project management within enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end project delivery, including: Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risk management, Stakeholder management
  • Experience managing technical initiatives such as: Infrastructure, Endpoint services, Software deployment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams to meet defined objectives
  • Ability to obtain/hold U.S. government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP or Agile/Scrum, are preferred but not required.
