About The Position

CTG is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support large-scale telecom and enterprise delivery initiatives. This role will partner closely with the client’s Lead Project Manager to drive planning, execution, and delivery across complex, multi-vendor environments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of IT project management experience in telecom or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, and multi-vendor coordination
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with cross-functional dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience aligning testing activities with project schedules and coordinating E2E testing
• Familiarity with Scrum teams, Epics, and User Stories with defined acceptance criteria
• Ability to drive commitments across external teams and ensure timely delivery updates
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for client leadership, vendors, and internal delivery teams
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, schedule, financials, and quality metrics
• Integrate managed scope into overall enterprise project plans and ensure alignment across stakeholders
• Monitor project execution, provide status reporting, and proactively manage risks and issues
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across applications and delivery streams
• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement efforts
